14 oz. jar sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup thinly-sliced green onions
4 oz. can green chilies
2-3 T. butter
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
14 1/2 oz. can chicken broth
10 oz. can cream chicken soup
10 oz. can cream of potato soup
1 1/4 cups milk
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 small bag frozen corn
flour tortillas (cut into 1" strips)

Directions:
Directions:
In Dutch oven, saute mushrooms and green onions in butter. Add broth, soups, and milk and stir until combined. Then add the chicken, corn, and green chilies and mix well.

Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 8-10 min. or until heated through.

Add cheese and stir just until melted. Add tortillas strips last and let simmer a few minutes more.
