2 lb hamburger
1 chopped onion
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
3 eggs, beaten
1 C grated Parmesean cheese (save a little for the end)
5 oz grated Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 box (ususally 14-16) uncooked manicotti shells

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger, onion, and garlic really good. Remove from heat, drain and stir in oregano, egg and parmesean cheese. Fill shells and place in baking dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce and top with remaining hamburger mixture and Mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake for 40-60 minutes at 350
