1 Fryer cut up
1/2 C Flour
1 1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Paprika
1/4 t Pepper
1/4 C butter
1 1/2 C Hot Water
1/4 C Dry Milk Powder
1/2 t Oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Flour and seasonings in a shallow pan.Dip chicken in water.Coat with
flour mixture.place in 13x9x2 baking dish skin side down.Dot with butter.
bake in preheated 350 ovenfor 30 min.Mix water and milk powder pour
around chicken.Bake another 1 1/4 hours or until done.
