2- Jalapeno Peppers chopped 1C onion diced
2- cloves garlic minced 1Tbsp olive oil 11/2lb.-
beef stew meat (cut into 1/2 inch pieces) 3Tbsp
flour 2 Tbsp vegetable oil 2lg.cans
diced tomatoes 3cans chilli beans with liquid
2-3 Tablespoons chilli powder 1tsp cumin salt and
pepper to taste

IN a large soup pot cook and stir peppers,onion and garlic in 1Tbsp olive oil until onions are tender on low heat;about 5 minutes and set aside. Coat stew meat in flour and spices mixed in a resealable
plastic bag. Then brown in 2Tbsp oil in soup pot.
Stir in tomatoes,beans and pepper mixture and
chili powder and heat to boiling, reduce heat cover
and simmer until meat is tender (about 2 hours)
Uncover and simmer stirring occasionally for 30
minutes. Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese and soup crackers

To cut down on heat remove the seeds from the
