cup white sugar
2 pkgs cream cheese ( 8 oz.)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat until fluffy. Line muffin pans with paper cups and place 1 vanilla wafer in each cup. Fill 2/3 full with mixture and top with 1 teaspoon cherry pie filling. Bake 375 for 15 minutes. Store in freezer for future use.
