4 pounds lean ground beef
4 tablespoons liquid smoke
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Accent seasoning
cup Tenderquick
1 teaspoon dry mustard
3 tablespoons mustard seed
teaspoon pepper
1 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve all ingredients in water and add to meat then mix well. Divide into 2 rolls. Wrap in foil shiny side in and let stand in fridge for 24 hours. Place on broiler pan and poke holes in top. Bake 2 more hours. Let cool. Remove foil and wrap in saran or wax paper and roll in clean foil. Makes 2 Rolls. Freezes well.
