1-10oz frozen/chopped Spinich thawed (dry as possible)
2-6oz jars marinated aritchoke hearts (drained & chopped)
3 cloves minced garlic
12oz cream cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayo**
2 tbsp lemon juice
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs, with spoon. Lightly grease 9-inch pie plate and spread ingredients into dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Good with LaVashe crackers or Wheat Thins.
