3 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 can chicken broth
2 cups instant brown or white rice, uncooked
1/2 lb (8 oz.) velveeta 2%, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Place broccoli and broth in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
Stir in rice, cover. Remove from heat and let stand 5 min. Stir in velveeta; cover. Stir until cheese is melted.
