1 lb Jack cheese, grated
1 lb Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pint sour cream
12 eggs
8 ounces diced green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Spread cheeses in a 9X13 in baking dish. Beat eggs in bowl, add diced chilies and sour cream and mix well. Pour mixture over cheese and let set overnight in refrigerator. Bake 45 minutes at 350. Serve hot with salsa on the side.
