1 16oz can stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 15 1/2 oz garbanzo beans, drained
1/2 # zucchini, sliced
2 chopped onions
1 1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp salt
2 tsp instant minced garlic ((I use fresh)
1 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp pepper
1 bay leaf
1 cup grated Monterey cheese
1 cup grated Romano cheese
1 cup whipped cream

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.

Combine first 11ingredients in 4 qt. baking dish. Cover tightly and bake 1 hr - stirri8ng once or twice. Blend in remaining ingredients. Cover and bake until cheese melts - about 10 min.
