1 medium navel orange
1 cup of sugar or to taste

Alternative, 1 lb of cranberries and 1 large navel orange

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut orange into pieces.
For best results put the cranberries through a meat grinder.
Grind the cranberries first. Grind orange pieces, peel and all next.
Add 1 cup of sugar (or to taste) and mix well.
Chill at least overnight stirring occasionally.
Mix prior to serving.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Don't force the fruit through the grinder too hard, it creates too much liquid which you will need to discard. Remember this is a relish not jam.
Excellent with cold turkey sandwiches!
