10 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
16 oz. cottage cheese
1 pound grated cojack shredded cheese
1/2 cup melted butter

any of the following items are optional:
1 pound sausage, crumbled bacon, or ham bits
diced veggies such as green or yellow onion, peppers, or mushrooms.

Directions:

Beat eggs and add everything else. You can add optional items to the whole mixture or just for half of the pan (one side with meat, and one with just cheese or vegies).
Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. It can be baked ahead and reheated at 300 until ready.
