1 6oz. Graham Cracker Crust
1 14 oz can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed
Milk
1 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temp.
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Topping of choice: Cherry Pie filling, Blueberry, Strawberry. Peach, etc.

Directions:
Let cream cheese stand at room temp. until softened. In a medium size mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Stir until well mixed. Pour into Pie crust. Chill several hours and then top with pie filling.
