1 lb. ground beef
cup of seasoned bread crumbs
1 tablespoon dry minced onion
teaspoon of salt
teaspoon of ground allspice
Dash of pepper
12 oz. evaporated milk
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoon flour
1 beef bouillon cube
1 cup of boiling water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 package of egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and cook egg noodles according to instructions. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onions, salt, allspice, pepper and cup milk. Shape into to 1 inch meatballs. In 12 inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add meatballs. Cook until no longer pink, turning frequently. Remove from skillet; drain on paper towels, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings in skillet. Stir flour into drippings in skillet. Dissolve beef bouillon cube in the boiling water. Stir into skillet. Stir in remaining milk and Worcestershire sauce. Place skillet over medium heat and cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook for 1 minute more. Add meatballs; heat through. Serve over hot cooked egg noodles.
