Jello:
1 (6 oz) pkg lemon jello
1 c boiling water
1 large can crushed and drained pineapple
1 c. 7-UP or ginger ale
2 bananas
2 apples
2 c miniature marshmallows

Topping:
1/2 c sugar
1 c pineapple juice
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 beaten egg
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/2 c cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Jello: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add 7-UP, pineapple, sliced bananas, chopped apples and marshmallows. Pour into large glass cake pan and place in refrigerator to set.

Topping: Cook sugar, reserved pineapple juice, cornstarch and beaten egg until thick. Cool and add 1/2 pint whipped cream or Dream Whip. Spread over set jello mixture. Garnish with grated cheddar cheese.
