1 small onion chopped 2C zuchini chopped
1C shredded mozzarella or swiss
1/2C vegetable oil 4eggs salt and pepper to taste
Italian spice to taste 1C Bisquick
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix together all ingredients except eggs until well
blended then blend in the eggs. Bake in a 9inch
greased pie pan for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
