2 Envelopes Knox plain gelatin
1C cold water 1-can cream of celery soup
1/2tsp salt 2Tbsp lemon juice. 1tsp. dried chopped
onion 1C mayonaise 2Tbsp diced pimento
2C cooked chicken breast cubed 1C celery chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in cold water then place in saucepan and stir in soup over low heat and add salt,lemonjuice,onion and mayonaise. Beat with
mixer until smooth. Chill stirring occasionally until
mixture mounds when dropped from spoon. Add celery and chicken and mold in a 6 cup loaf or
mold pan. When set invert and garnish with sliced
olives.
