41/2C chicken broth
1pkg. 9oz. cheese tortellini (refridgerated)
1can white kidney cannellini or great northern beans 1C chopped fresh tomatoes
1/3to1/2C chopped fresh basil
1-2Tbsp. balsamic vinegar salt and pepper to taste
1/3C shredded parmesan or grated

Directions:
Directions:
In a soup pot bring broth to a boil. Add tortellini
and cook until tender(about 6 minutes). Stir in beans,tomatoes and basil and simmer uncovered
for 5 minutes. Add the vinegar and salt and pepper.
Garnish with cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
