4lbs. chicken wings 1/2C butter or margarine
1C grated Parmesan 2Tbsp. chopped parsley
1Tbsp. oregano or Italian spice 2tsp. paprika
1tsp. salt 1/2tsp. pepper hot sauce to taste if
desired
I use chicken wings with the tip removed and
separated at the joint.

Melt the butter and add the hot sauce if desired.
Combine the remaining ingredients. (I use 1/3C
bread crumbs in place of part of the Parmesan)
Dip wings into the butter ant then into the cheese mixture and arrange on shallow baking pan. Drizzle
with remaining butter sauce. Bake in 350 degree
oven about 1 hour or until golden.

Instead of hot sauce you can use terriyaki sauce for a milder version. You can make them the night
before and reheat in microwave,covered.
