2-4 jalapeņo peppers 2-4 habanero peppers
1 pablano pepper 1 banana pepper 1 red pepper
1 small onion salt and pepper to taste 1small can
crushed pineapple juice drained 2-cans petite diced tomatoes or 4or5 fresh tomatoes diced
juice from 1 lime 1-can black beans drained and
washed (optional) 1C fresh cooked corn (optional)
1tsp. cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Chop and then mix together all of the peppers. You
can remove the seeds from the jalapeņo and
habanero peppers to cut down on the heat but remove the seeds from the other peppers. Combine the remaining ingredients and mix real
well. Chill for 2 hours before serving on any tortilla
chips.

Be sure to keep your fingers out of your eyes and
nose when chopping the jalapeņo and habanero
