"When I'm at a Chinese restaurant having a hard time with chopsticks, I always hope that there's a Chinese kid at an American restaurant somewhere who's struggling mightily with a fork."--Rick Budinich

Ingredients:
strawberries
red glaze
French vanilla cake mix and eggs, oil and milk to make it
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups whipping cream
2 cups icing sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake mix as directed on box. I like to use milk because it is a richer cake. Bake cake in a large cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Cool.
Whip 2 cups of whipping cream and combine with 8 oz. of cream cheese and 2 cups icing sugar. I like to beat the cream cheese first so that it is smooth when combined with other ingredients. When mixed smooth spread over cake. Wash and cut strawberries. Make red glaze according to directions on package and add strawberries. Spread over cream cheese icing on the cake and let set in the fridge.
