Ingredients: Crust: 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers (20 wafers) 1/2 c. finely chopped macadamia nuts 1/4 c. butter, melted
Filling: 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 3 T. lemon juice 3 T. orange juice 1 (10 oz)pkg. frozen raspberries with syrup, thawed 1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Directions:Heat oven to 375º In a small bowl, combine all crust ingredients: mix well. Press firmly in bottom of ungreased 8" spring-form pan or pie dish. Bake at 375º for 8 - 10 minutes. Cool.
In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and liqueur; beat until smooth. Add raspberries; beat at low speed until well blended. Fold in whipped cream. Pour over cooled baked crust. Freeze at least 2 - hours or until firm.
Just before serving, let stand at room temp. about 15 minutes |

Notes: Really a favorite of our family. Lizzie request this for her :Birthday Pie". Also I have used pecans inplace of the macadamia nuts and it works out fine.
