1 cup white corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 small box rice crispies

Icing:
1 6 oz butter scotch chips
1 6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Bring corn syrup and sugar to a boil. Then add peanut butter and rice crispies. Mix well and then press down firmly in bottom of 9x13 dish. Let cool.

Melt butter scotch chips and chocolate chips and spread over mixture in dish.
