2 c. (4 sticks) butter, softened
4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. confectioner's sugar
1 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 15x10x1 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Cut butter into 1/2 inch slices. Combine flour, sugar and butter into a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until dough forms, about 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips. Press dough into prepared baking pan. Prick dough generously with fork. Bake until just beginning to brown, 30-35 minutes. Transfer pan to wire rack. Cut into 1 1/4 x 2 inch bars while still warm. Let cool completely in pan.
