2-3 lb. Pork Roast
1 16 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 medium chopped onion
1 can (5.5 oz) apricot nectar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup crushed red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except pork in a 3 qt. or larger slow cooker. Add pork and spoon some of the cranberry mixture over the top. Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours or until pork is tender. Remove pork to cutting board and slice. Remove fat from sauce and serve with pork.
