2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup golden raisins
6 Tbsp brandy
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp nutmeg
2 cups plus 2 Tbsp flour
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
4 cups chopped Granny Smith apples (about 3 apples)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil.

Soak raisins in brandy.

Add spices and flour to creamed mixture. Fold in raisins, nuts and apples.

Bake in 9x13 glass dish at 350F for 1 hour.
