1 box Mexican Velveeta
1 jar Pimentos (drained)
4 chopped green onions
1-4 oz. can Chopped Green Chiles
1-8 oz Philly Cream Cheese (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Leave cheese at room temperature for a few hours, then roll out between 2 large pieces of waxed paper. Spread with the cream cheese, sprinkle with onions, green chiles and pimiento. Roll jelly roll style. Cut large roll in half.

Cover with plastic cling wrap then wrap in foil. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Great with your favorite crackers. I got this recipe from Jewel Uecker, it made a big hit with the Bowling Team.
