16 Cups tomatoes ( peeled and chopped )
4 Cups Sweet Onion (chopped )
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Salt
3 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
1 1/2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons Black Pepper
2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Alum
14 ounces Tomato Sauce
2 Cups Green Bell Peppers Chopped
1 3/4 Cups chopped Jalapeņos

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch tomatoes in boiling water dice into fine pieces.
Add the rest of the finely cut ingredient and spices to large stock pot.
Cook at medium heat for 1 3/4 hours stirring frequently as not to burn.
Pour into canning jars and seal and process for 15 minutes.
