1 Pound Ground Beef Lean ( 90% )
2/3 Cup Minute Rice
1/2 Cup of Sweet Onion ( Diced )
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Can of Tomato Sauce
1 Can Tomato Soup
1 Large Egg
4-6 Whole Green Bell Peppers

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl mix the ground beef, rice, chopped onions, salt and pepper.
Add 1/2 can of Tomato sauce and egg and mix
Clean and core the green peppers.
Add meat mixture to the cored peppers
Place in baking container.
Mix the 1/2 can of tomato sauce with the tomato soup and add about 1/2 can of water.
Pour mixture over peppers.
Cover peppers with aluminum foil. (tented )
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours
