1 can black eye peas
1 can corn
1/2 cup green pepppers & onion

Marinade
1/4 c. oil
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar

Directions:

Rinse and drain peas and corn, add fresh peppers and onion slices

In a seperate bowl mix oil, sugar, vinegar & water well and pour over pea mix - chill 4 hours.
