2 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon mustard
5 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
Approx. 1 1/2 lbs corn beef

Directions:
Directions:
Put corn beef in big pot filled with water. Bring to a boil, spill out water, replace with fresh water. Bring to a boil then low to medium flame for 2 -3 hours, until meat is soft,pot should be covered. Let meat cool and then slice.
Dressing;
combine all ingredients in a pot, mix by hand frequently until it starts boiling. Immediately pour over cooled sliced corn beef.
