11/2lbs. stew meat 1-medium onion minced
1/4tsp. dry mustard 11/4tsp. paprika 2Tbsp.brown
sugar salt and pepper to taste 3Tbsp. worchester-
shire sauce 3/4tsp cider vinegar 6Tbsp catsup
11/2C water 3Tbsp. flour 1/4C vegetable oil
1-6oz. or larger pkg. noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour,salt and pepper in a resealable plastic bag
Put stew meat a little at a time and shake to coat.
In a Dutch Oven heat the oil over medium heat and
brown the stew meat; add onions. Combine spices
and then mix together worchestershire sauce,
catsup and vinegar and add to spices and pour over
meat.Add water and cook over low heat about 21/2
hours until meat is tender. Meanwhile in salted
water boil the noodles following pkg. directions.
Serve over hot noodles.
