4 pork sholder steaks 3Tbsp. flour 2Tbsp. extra
virgin olive oil salt and pepper to taste 1/2C orange
juice 1/2C water 1/2tsp. thyme 5Tbsp. chopped
onions

Directions:
Directions:
Add salt and pepper to flour and place in resealable
plastic coat. In a large frypan brown the steaks in the oil. Combine orange juice and water and pour
over the steaks. Add the onions on top of the steaks. Cover and cook on low heat until meat is
tender, about 45 minutes. Add more water if necessary during cooking.
