1/3C butter or margarine 5oz. unsweetened baking
chocolate 3/4C Bisquick 3/4C & 2Tbsp. granulated sugar 2tsp. vanilla extract 2 eggs
11/2C miniature marshmallows 1Tbsp butter
2/3C sour cream 11/3C powdered sugar

Preheat oven to350 degrees
Grease and flour a 9inch square pan. In a medium
sauce pan melt 1/3C butter and half of the chocolate over low heat stirring frequently. Remove from heat and cool for 15 minutes.In a medium bowl
beat chocolate mixture,Bisquick,granulated sugar,
vanilla and eggs with electric mixer on low speed
scraping bowl frequently. Beat on medium speed
1 minute. Spread batter in greased pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle
comes out clean. Remove from oven and sprinkle
immediately with marshmallows. Cover and let
stand for 5 minutes until marshmallows soften.
Uncover and cool completely about 1 hour. In medium saucepan melt remaining chocolate and 1
Tbsp. butter; cool slightly. Stri in powdered sugar
and sour cream until smooth.Spread over marshmallow layer. Cover and refridgerate at least
2 hours until firm. Cut into bars and serve.
May be stored in refridgerator.
