1 c.. cubed smoked ham
1 T. olive oil
2 c. water
2 c. sliced okra
1/2 c. bell pepper chopped
1 c. chopped tomatoes (fresh or canned)
1 onion chopped
1 tsp seasoned salt (Lowry's)
1/2 tsp black pepper
garlic powder to taste (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer ham for 5 min. in water.
Add rest of ingredients and cook on low heat until okra and onions are tender.
May be served over rice
