6-8 medium potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1/2C butter (softened)
2Tbsp. sour cream
1/2C - 3/4C milk

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and cut into 1 inch cubes. In a sauce
pan place potatoes and enough water to cover; add
salt. Boil potatoes until fork tender. Meanwhile microwave milk until hot; drain potatoes and place back into pan. Add the hot milk and the sour cream
and mash potatoes with masher or wooden spoon
utnil most lumps are gone. Add butter and finish
mashing until smooth and creamy. Serve hot.
