2 3/4 c flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 T Oil
1/4 C sugar
1 egg (well beaten)
1 T grated orange peel
1/2 C orange marmalade
1 c milk
1/2 c chopped almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, sugar, egg, orange peel and marmalade. Add dry ingredients and milk alternately. Bake in greased loaf pan (9"X5"X3") at 350 for 60 to 65 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before turning out.
