1/3 c. flour 1 baked pie crust
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. scalded milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 tsp, vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Mix in 3 egg yolks (beaten) and 1/4 c. milk. Pour gradually into scalding milk, stirring constantly. Cook until thick.
Remove from heat, add vanilla. Pour into baked pie crust. Cover with
meringue & bake until brown at 350 degrees.
