2 lbs carrots, canned
1 can plain tomato soup
1 tsp ketchup
1/4 c olive oil
3/4 c vinegar
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion, finely diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Make one day ahead.

Combine ingredients. Marinate overnight. Serve cold.
