4 - 5 slices of bacon
1 Cup long grain (uncooked rice)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
6 chicken breast
1 Pk onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Place bacon in glass casserole. Pour 1 cup rice evenly over bacon. Mix cream of chicken soup with 1/2 can water. Pour half over rice. Place chicken breast in casserole and cover with rest of soup mixture. Sprinkle 1 pk of dry onion soup over top and cover tightly with heavy foil. Bake 3 hours at 350. You will probably need to add more liquid during cooking time.
