The following wines may be used:
Louisiana Orange, Sherry, Muscatel, Burgundy, Blackberry or Port.

2 cups Port
3 cups sugar
1/2 bottle Certo (liquid pectin)
Glass jelly jars, jars and lids sterilized

Directions:
Directions:
Pour wine into saucepan and mix in sugar until it dissolves. Cook over briskly-boiling water for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the Certo all at one time into the hot mixture. Pour immediately into sterile glass jars. Seal in hot water bath.

Great with meats such as ham, beef, or pork.
