1 can beer
1 (8 oz.) pepperoncini, including the juice
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon instant beef bouillon or 4 cubes
4 pounds (approximately) chuck roast

Cook overnight (18-24 hours) in crock pot on low. Cut up meat if it doesn't fall apart. Cook until the meat falls off the bone. Serve on hard rolls.
