5-6 lbs brisket
1 can tomato sauce
1 cup-ketchup
onion soup mix (dry)
garlic (3- gloves) as preferred
1/4 cup- fresh rosemary
1 can coke
1 can of chicken broth
4-5 onions
salt/pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice onions thinly and layer in bottom of roaster to cover. Put Brisket on top.Rub brisket with all spices (Both sides). Pour ketchup with tomato sauce over the brisket. Add chicken broth and coke to cover bottom of pan. Cover and put into oven.
Cook 2 hours on 375 than 2-3 hours on 300 ..Right before, serving, cook on high 375 (no foil) for about 30 min to get a nice crust.
