2 c chopped cooked lean beef
2 cups frozen diced hash browns, partially thawed
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
salt & pepper to taste
2 to 3 T vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, potatoes, onion, salt and pepper. Heat oil in 10 inch skillet over medium heat. Spread beef mixture evenly in skillet. Cook 10 to 15 minutes turning frequently until brown and heated through.
