2 cans Black Beans
1 c. chopped onions
4 cloves minced garlic
2/3 jar salsa
2 tsp.. ground cumin
1 tsp.. chili powder
1/2 lime
1/2 Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 c. chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in tsp.. olive oil for 8 - 10 mins.. and then add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 mins.. Add juice from 1/2 lime and 1/1 c. Monterey Jack Cheese and 1/1 c. chopped cilantro.
