2-8oz. pkgs.cream cheese (softened)
1 small bunch green onions
1 pkg. refridgerated flat tortillia's, large soft taco
1-12oz jar salsa
1-4oz. can green chili's
1Tbsp Mayonaise
Garlic powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix together the cream cheese,mayo and green chili's with mixer on medium speed until well blended. Chop tops of green onions and add to mixture. Spread mixture onto tortilla's and roll up. Refridgerate for at least 2 hrs. Can be made 1 or 2 days ahead. Slice into pinwheels and serve with salsa.
