8 Chicken Breasts filets
2 eggs slightly beaten
3/4 Italian Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup oil
6 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 to 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 30 ounce jar spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Dip into eggs: coat with bread crumbs. Brown on both sides in oil in skillet: remove to a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese. Spread spaghetti sauce over the top: sprinkle remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
