Ingredients:  
1 can French Cut Green beans (drained)
1 can white shoepeg corn (drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts (drained)
8 oz sour cream
2 cups shredded co-jack cheese (divided)
1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 stick of butter/margarine (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix green beans, corn soup, sour cream, water chestnuts with 1 cup shredded cheese. Pour into casserole dish. Mix ritz crackers, butter/margarine and 1 cup cheese and spread over top of casserole. Bake at 350 until browned and bubbly.
