3 large sweet potatos (baked and mashed while hot) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1/2C sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2C milk
1tsp vanilla extract
1 stick butter (melted)
Topping
1C brown sugar 1/3C flour 1C pecans(chopped)
1/2C margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients and place into a 21/2 to 4 qt.
casserole dish. Mix brown sugar, flour and pecans
and cut in the margarine into mixture. Sprinkle on
top. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
