Shredded cheese, generally cheddar
Mashed potatoes
Imitation ground beef- Morning Star works well
Can of diced tomatoes
Garlic
Onion
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Begin by making the mashed potatoes. Preheat the oven to 400º. Take a deep casserole dish, pour the tomatoes in first. Next, add veggies. (Feel free to add others!)Follow this with a layer of 'ground beef'. Top with mashed potatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until the top layer is nicely golden brown.

I like to make my mashed potatoes with lots of garlic (in this case soy milk), maybe a little cheese, sautéed onion and definitely salt and pepper.
